Jamie was awesome. Arrived on time and did a great job. I have white carpet and his attention to detail got out stains that the other company left behind. He also gave me the date and time I needed to ensure the job was done before my guest arrived. I will use their services annually & recommend to others. TY

Reeves carpet cleaners are the best. I have had them clean my carpets for about 3 yrs and he always does a fantastic job. I wouldn't get anyone else.

Dirty. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unnecessary. Will never use again! Everything went fine until the gentleman packed up to leave. (I believe this was the co-owner as the woman on the phone indicated her husband would be out to perform the carpet cleaning. She was nice and courteous on the phone.) The stained carpet he came to clean was presumably clean BUT the entrance carpet and tile where he came in to access the stained carpet was now DIRTY from his filthy wet shoes (no booties covering his sneakers or anything). The carpet had visible grass in it and the tile had debris. I politely inquired, "are you going to clean up where you were walking with your shoes there?" And he politely replied, "Oh, I can, yeah" and unloaded the vacuum again. He vacuumed, packed up again, and s
