I had guys from Reeves out 3 times. Twice to investigate and find the problem. Jimmy & Joe were out first. They were so friendly, professional, and went above & beyond trying to isolate the problem. They sent another crew to investigate further. Q Jack & Joe. Again, very friendly, professional, and quickly found the issue. They explained everything in a way I could understand. They gave me the estimate for the repair and I wrote them a check, on t we he spot. I was scheduled for repairs on the next business day. I believe the last technicians name was Nick. He went right to work, checked out the area, gathered his tools, explained again what he was going to do, then completed the job in a timely manner. Jeremy and his team are consistently responsive and dependable. Recently, my water heater began leaking to the point that my utility room and basement were nearly flooded. I contacted Reeves, and within 12 hours a knowledgeable and efficient team was dispatched to my home. The water heater was removed and replaced in just a couple of hours. The team was fast, clean, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Their genuine appreciation for Veterans is evident in both their actions and service. I will always recommend this company and would not consider anyone else for my future plumbing and heating needs.

Let me first say how many businesses in the area wouldn't even come and look at the problem. Jack came over, assessed the issue and came up with a solution to replace my archaic boiler. The whole team worked diligently in crappy weather for days to finish the job. I highly recommend this company for their efficiency, fair pricing, professionalism and knowledge of the hvac systems. I will definitely use them again. Thank you to the whole Reeves team.

Eh okay. I was already wary of these companies as a woman..They were really nice but I would beware of the unknown prices and fees. I was specific on the phone that I needed a chimney cap to prevent things from getting in. They didn't even bring a ladder as a company that markets full tool truck on site. Then proceeded to change one tiny tube(photo below) in my furnace and charge me 130$.. they were out in less than 45 mins.. Overall expensive and Better for bigger projects I think

Called them to ask if they install mini splits and they said yes. Took 3 cancelled appointments to get them to come the third time. When they finally did, I waited 2 weeks for a quote that never came. Called them and she said they are working on it. Called them a second time and she said "that is out of our scope of work". 3 1/2 weeks of wasted time and no follow up. Not thrilled.
