HIGHLY RECOMMED! After reaching out to Refined Restorations as a company who was able to help a veteran who was having respiratory difficulties. Valerie quickly diagnosed the problem. recognizing the duct work needed to be cleaned and sanitized. When the work was completed, she showed what was decades of dust and dirt from inside the duct work. She also followed up 2 weeks later to ensure satisfaction with the service and the health of the veteran who is doing great. Valerie is an amazing, professional person to work with. Thank God there are people like her.

From the very first interaction, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. We used Refined Restoration for mold prevention in our basement and air duct cleaning. They explained what they were doing and why. Not pushy to have more done but recommended things that we xould do if we wanted. They were very thorough when doing their jobs and cleaned up well after. Great communication. Ed and his team are fantastic at addressing all of the immediate risks (and stress) associated with two separate flooding issues with my home as well as my mothers home.
