Hired Regal to clean tile roof and extensive multilevel trek decking. Met with Brad who inspected, measured and provided a detailed estimate. When weather became suitable work began. Brad took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The job was completed to my great satisfaction and in a timely manner. Very detail oriented and actually did more than I expected. I highly recommend this service and the professionalism of this business. My roof and deck(s) look great and the post job cleanup left me with nothing to do but enjoy the results. Also the estimate and final price was spot on.

Brad was able to get our roof cleaned prior to the painters coming. He was prompt, very courteous and efficient. He used proper safety practices, masked and distancing. The moss removal and treatment, gutter and roof cleaning have made our roof look new again. He made sure the exterior of the house was cleaned up and all debris removed. Brad did an excellent job cleaning our deck and railing. He came out to give us a quote, his price was so good we had him do the job right then! He did the front and back of the railing and the fascia. We had forgotten how nice the deck could look. He was quick and professional. We are extremely pleased with the job, he even put everything back on the deck after completing.
