Excellent company to work with. Very detailed estimates with both parts and labor spelled out in advance, They are organized and they performed right on schedule. Work quality is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable.

Did the work within two days of request. Very polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Found one outlet I requested changed actually worked, saving me a little of the cost. Very happy with the company.

One big disappointment. A customer who schedules a site visit for a whole-home generator is seeking informed guidance, comparative insight across multiple manufacturers, and practical direction on installation and long-term support. Despite expressing interest in Generac, Kohler, and Cummins systems, the representative was unable to answer basic questions about what being an authorized dealer means or how dealer status affects warranties, service, or manufacturer support—issues central to evaluating a major purchase. After hearing “I don’t know” one to many times, it became clear that no meaningful guidance would be provided, his comments became dismissive and gave the clear impression that he had little interest in earning a new customer.
