Mike missed multiple critical infrastructure failures that have since caused severe damage and financial hardship. After purchasing the home, we discovered old, crumbling sewer and drain pipes that led to sewage backups, collapsed drainage lines, and repeated flooding of the lower level. The pipes are so deteriorated in places that they have essentially turned to debris. There are also visible cracks in the concrete along the foundation walls and exterior, as well as failed drains running from the home to the street, none of which were properly identified or emphasized in the inspection report. These are not hidden issues. They are serious, systemic problems that should have been flagged clearly so we could make an informed decision or negotiate repairs. We relied on this inspection to

I met Michael at one of my job sites and was impressed with his attention to detail and the way he communicated with my customer. On May 15, 2025, Michael Dillman performed a home inspection that also included two outbuildings for us, at a property in Joyce, WA. We found Michael to be very knowledgeable and capable, and his inspection of the buildings was both methodical, and comprehensive. Immediately following the inspection, Michael gave us a verbal summary, highlighting key points, and made sure he had answered all of our questions completely. We received his sixty-plus page inspection report less than 24 hours later, which was well organized, easy to follow, and contained ample illustrative photos.
