They were very accommodating to our design wishes and encouraged us to be active partners in the process with them. In our case we provided the design concept, produced the plans, and did the engineering, while Titan advised us on the best options that would meet our needs. Titan Builders are great to work with - very responsive and on top of things. They'll build exactly what is on your plans and do an amazing job. Do you want people fitting blinds to comment on how amazingly square your window and door frames are? Then these are the people you should have build your house. My only word of advice - unrelated to the quality of Titan - is if you designed your own house and you are not an architect, have an architect look it over, ideally before you get your build permit.

Titan completed our custom home build about a month ago. We are very happy with the quality of their workmanship both inside and out! We especially appreciated the attention to detail of Jeff Gerhardt, our project manager, who promptly addressed our questions and concerns throughout the process.
