We had a great experience with this company. Chance came out to our home very quickly, assessed the leak, and gave us clear, honest guidance on how to navigate the situation without pressure. His communication and follow-up were excellent while we took time to decide how to proceed with repairs. In August 2025, the water inlet pipe to our toilet failed, resulting in significant water damage to our home. We promptly contacted our insurance company, which arranged for a mitigation team to address the immediate damage. Afterward, our insurance adjuster advised us to select a contractor to complete the necessary repairs, including restoring our hardwood floors and repainting affected areas. We had a sudden water issue happen the night before we were to leave for vacation. Not only did Lynnell Brownlow answer the phone after 5 pm, but within hours one of her amazing team, Asher B. arrived with William, checked and verified the source, inspected my whole house to make sure there were no other probable or possible leaks, neatly cut and removed all the damaged sheetrock in three rooms without demolishing my crown molding! They had power fans set up and running to dry out the moisture and even came back and checked the status of the house the following day.
