Reico Kitchen & Bath

We bought a house that needed the kitchen upgraded. Reico and specifically Charlotte was recommended to us. Charlotte and Kemani worked together to get us everything we requested, and they made suggestions for things we hadn't thought about. We love the way it turned out. Even when a wrong-colored cabinet was delivered (not their fault) they pushed to get the correct one delivered quickly. A white, 31-inch vanity for the master bathroom was the last thing I needed to complete my bathroom renovations, and Kemani and Charlotte made it happen. This was my first big home renovation, so I appreciated the attentive and informative staff. I showed Charlotte a photo of where the vanity would go, and she explained exactly what I would need based on the plumbing. When I requested a quote based on the estimate Charlotte gave me for the vanity that was available, she worked on it. By the next day, I had a quote. Kemani finished the deal, and she answered all the questions I had while I completed the transaction for the vanity. I walked into Reico expecting to get pricing for in stock cabinets for a project I was doing. After talking to Charlotte I walked out with a properly designed space with a great value on cabinets, all at no added cost. Definitely use them again. Now a year later my wife and I went back to Charlotte for our new build in North Carolina. She listened to our needs and wants and came together with a great design with respect to our budget. I had a kitchen cabnet door and cabnet I needed to match up that had been discontinued! Home Depot could not help. Lowe's had no clue, I was desperate and afraid!
