This is our second time using Reinke. 5 stars for the people in the office who got me right on the schedule asap, and 5 stars for the tech Robert who showed up on time and did a very professional job! All were helpful, knowledgeable friendly and professional.I will recommend them to all.

I would give this company a negative star if possible. The office staff are unprofessional and rude. The technicians do not know what they are doing. We have paid them over $450 dollars for 3 service calls within a month and our air conditioner is still not working. They just put a bandage on the problem and got it running again but did not look into what is causing the real problem so ours stopped working within 2 hours of the tech leaving, and we could not get ahold of anyone for them to come back. We called the next day and they say they said someone would be there that morning but at 1 in the afternoon I called the office again and was told that they never said that and the tech would be there in the order of his calls, and low and behold the tech never showed up at all. Reinke is perhaps the best subcontractor I used when I built our new home in Bullhead City. They showed up as promised, got the work done quickly and installed a great system. Not only that but over a year later I needed some adjustments done which I fully expected to pay for. They happily came out and made the change without charging me. They are a well run company and a company that someone is very happy to provide a high rating for. They did a great job for us.

They need to back their work! We just had Reinke install 2 new systems in our newly built house; 1 system for the back of the house, & 1 for the front. We moved in to find the front room is much warmer than the back of the house. Their tech agreed the thermostat should have been installed in the front room, which is the room it's supposed to control; not in the cool hallway. After paying thousands for 2 new systems, they told us we'd have to pay for them to relocate the thermostat; & they offered no other recommendations to correct the problem.
