Average to below average workmanship. They removed a boiler so the subfloor could be replaced and new floor installed. Pipes were cut off and stuffed underneath rotted floor without caps, including a fuel line 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. That could have been a disaster. The re-installed unit is not square with the wall and the pipes are crooked. The holes in the floor were stuffed with paper towels and no cover plates. Same old dirty insulation was used in the chimney flue. You decide

Debbie, Rick & Jeremy are amazing to work with. They fit me into a tight schedule and promptly completed the work. They were on time, responsive, friendly and extremely respectful. Rick & Jeremy removed their shoes upon entering my home, as well as vacuumed up after completion of the job. Ultimately, the wiring was installed and ran out to my yard for a pool. I couldn’t have asked for anything better or more. Thank you Team Relay, you have earned a customer for life. Highly recommend, would give 10/10 stars if possible.

Made an appointment for Relay to check electrical outlet and switch. Agreed on a day and time for them to come out. After waiting an hour past the agreed upon time I called the office and got their voicemail. I left a message that no one had shown up and I had to get to work. Stated I could meet them later in the day if they were available. Got a call back from Debbie to say that I should find someone else to do the work. Strange way to run a business.

Waited four hours and finally got a phone call from a serviceman who said he came out but left because they don't do that kind of work. I never even knew he came ! He phoned me after he left, never giving me the chance to talk about the problem. He also said, someone has already "fooled" with it so I'm not going to touch it. Yea, buddy, like my mechanically inclined husband who tried fixing it but didn't have an underground meter like you have ! So unprofessional !! So lets make this clear, they dont do any underground wire work. So, we called "Smartech" and they do !!! Plus, SMARTECH is extremely professional and capable.

Great service, very nice people. They always do a great job and leave the job site clean.
