I wish I had paid more attention to these reviews our experience was similar to the others - seems fraudulent. We have a viking stove 1.5 overns -the tops burners have always worked fine but we keep having issues with the ignitors shutting off - we replaced the ignitors with reliable about 2 years ago and then used another company 6 months ago and replaced both again. I used chat gpt to help diagnose and Chat GPT gave me 5 possible causes on why the ignitors were failing so fast. When I called them I asked if they were certain they would 'diagnose' the issue and not just say we need to replace the ignitors and they said they would assess for $99. The technician turned on the ignitors and they worked fine then he opened the stove and said he would give me an estimate for replacing the ignit

****SCAM**** we called them to fix a built in fridge that stop cooling. The tech showed up in a sedan, not even a work truck, that's the first red flag. Diagnosed the problem and quoted $900 repair. We asked him "are you sure, you didn't even open anything up?" But he said he's sure so we waited for parts and he returned 3 days later. He then said the repair is now $3000 and he misdiagnosed the problem, he admitted that had to he opened it he would've known but "company policy" doesn't allow for him to open anything up. He said he needed to rebuild the entire fridge. I requested for my $90 diagnostic fee to be refunded since he failed do diagnose the issue and of course haven't seen the refund. We had Electrolux tech come and he confirmed that tech's quote and assessment was all wrong.

My experience was the repairman was here 40 minutes, (was quoted $175/hr) replaced a part (so he said) that cost $40, and my bill was $750.00. After paying, he left, discovered oven still not working, called an authorized Whirlpool repair company, and they found my heating element had burned out, replaced it, and my oven is perfect. Had nothing to do with the replacement part. These people come into your home, you’re assuming they know what they’re doing, and then overcharge you, and do not show on receipt the justification for the outrageous charge. They should change their name again, since they’re registered with 3 different names already, as Unreliable Appliance Service. Am reporting them to the Department of Consumer Affairs. BBB does nothing. Don’t bother.

Worse service. Save your money. This place ripped me off. They came to fix my Miele dishwasher and he turned it on and said it worked. He noticed that the drain tube needed replacement and he fixed it in 20 minutes and charged me 300.00. He didnt wait for the cycle to finish and like i told him, it wont stop, the heat cycle stays on. My basket melted. If i can give them zero stars i would.

Worst repair experience ever. Fixed refrigerator leak and now ice maker does not work. Left wet muddy footprints all over kitchen floor then walked across carpet with dirty, wet shoes. When I asked for senior discount they advertise, he told me he would have to charge sales tax if he gave me discount. What a joke. When I asked him to break down receipt into time and material, I found out he charged over $200 an hour in labor. I am female senior citizen and feel totally taken advantage of. Don't use this shop if you want a fair deal.
