We had water damage and Reliable Restoration helped us from start to finish. John was first on scene and helped document all the damage and helped us file a claim with our insurance. A crew came out that night and began the clean up. Matt Darr was our project manager and he was awesome as he managed the reconstruction project. Diego and his crew were fantastic and did a great job with all the repairs and reconstruction. We had to move out to do the floors and Gabriela, Jintuy, Monica, Maria, Alvaro and Elvis Nava came to pack up our house and were amazing. Josh and his crew from the Atlanta Floor Store were great to work with and did an amazing job on our hardwoods and carpets. Everyone at every step was very helpful and informative with the plan. They were kind and fast and very pleasant

Matt was my project manager and he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. From picking out tile, to getting approvals from the insurance company. He made a very stressful situation manageable. Gabriela, Alvaro, and Elvis did a wonderful job with the packing and storing my property during the process. I definitely recommend this entire company.

We had a major flood in our home, which damaged the kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors. Reliable Restoration company was assigned to repair all damages. The professionalism demonstrated by the project manager, Earl Moore, earned him a “5 Star” rating. Earl was professional and extremely respectful. Reliable Restoration has been absolutely reliable from beginning to end. Our HOA's plumber company recommended RR after a condensation drain pipe overflowed into multiple rooms causing wall and floor damage. We worked primarily with Devin P, Earl M, and Kevin F who all made the process less painful and built our trust with the company. Devin did the initial assessment of the damage and explained the whole process very well. He documented everything thoroughly and got the mitigation/ dying process started on the same day. The mitigation team was also very good. The Lead guy answered all of our questions and came in everyday to check on the drying progress. The RR team sent all details/ supporting evidence directly to our insurance company and we got the claims approved without any issues. E

I have been extremely impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Reliable Restoration. We discovered a water leak in our master bathroom on a Sunday afternoon and called Tim Chen Plumbing to come out and take a look. He noticed that the shower pan had failed and was causing water damage to the subfloor. He recommended Reliable Restoration and they came out that day within an hour to start the remediation process. Devin was our point of contact with Reliable, he helped us with the insurance claim process and answered all of our questions. Outstanding customer service.
