Easiest experience in home maintenance I've ever experienced. Super polite, quick and did a great clean-up! They found excess buildup and still charged only their flat fee. HIGHLY recommend!

After getting referrals from a few trusted sources, we reached out to Remedy Septic to do a pre-emptive service on a home we acquired. They were prompt in scheduling and follow up leading to the day of service. Once here, Gabriel and his colleague were able to locate the tanks as I had only a vague idea of where they were located. They dug up both tanks with minimal disturbance to the surrounding area, pumped out the tanks and backfilled it smooth upon completion. We will use them again when needed.

Overall the service and work was good. The guys were polite and worked efficiently. They were late, which happens on jobs, but a courtesy call would have been beneficial. I do recommend Remedy and will use again if needed.

We had an excellent experience with Remedy Septic from start to finish. We were very impressed with their knowledge and how thoroughly they explained all of our options so we could make the best decision for our situation. They worked hard to meet our planned timeline and were very flexible, even rescheduling around rain and freezing temperatures. Gabriel and Mars dug up my Septic with shovels to preserve my Sod and put it back just as perfect . Highly recommend if your septic is front yard like mine was and you have nice sodded yard . They did Excellent JOB. Highly recommend price was Great also.
