Rendon Septic and Pumping Service

I thought I would give them a try since they are a small business and thought I would get good service since they have some decent reviews. They came out and I already had the lids off of the tanks. They asked me to pay in advance before they would pump tanks. I thought to myself that didn’t seem right, but I did it anyway. I them what size tank they had on the truck and they told me 1600 gallons. Then I asked what size were the tanks I had and they told 1500 gallons. So they proceeded to pump out the tanks. Then the guy exactly pumping out the tanks hollered at the guy setting in the truck and told him to stop pumping. I asked what the problem was and the guy pumping the tank said that the truck was full and he would to pump some back in into my tanks. I said I thought you had 1600 gallon

Called for my sister in law, I received top tier customer service and a fast response. The receptionist was very informative and nice. Anyways, would definitely recommend this business.

What a relief! The two employees Rendon Septic sent out today were able to locate a covered tank within minutes, dug it out, and pumped my Aerobic Septic in record time! Cost was reasonable and I appreciated their efficient work ethic and positive constructive attitudes!!! Thank you!

Spoke with Loretta over a mistake their employees did on the job site. Was constantly being interrupted and spoke to in a combative way when I was just trying to get information on how to address the issue. I would’ve liked the company to do the right thing and fix their mistake or at very least offer a discount on labor to make it right but apparently this business only cares about their bottom line and not about the company’s image or reputation. Anyone looking for septic tank services look elsewhere. This person displayed unprofessional behavior over simple questions and no further action was made in order to help with this situation. This company will not stand by their work and will be hostile when their mistakes are brought up in a respectful manner.

These guys are amazing. Called on one day and they were able to come same day or next. I chose next but wow they were fast, honest and super helpful. They answered many of my questions about better care for my septic. Would call again and again. Customer for life!!
