We used this company to install Hardy board plank. The work was beautiful and promptly completed with the labor subbed out. Their sub did excellent work. It was $40,000 to do a two-story 3000 square-foot home. Lloyd, the sales person that we worked with, explained that Hardy board company sends everything in bundled pallets so there was a LOT more than we needed for our home, but we weren't allowed to keep the extra supplies that were sent to our site despite paying for the entire bundle. They did let us keep cut scraps to put on our barn. We used this company because our neighbor had and really did receive good service (Service included supplies, labor, a porta potty for workers and a dumpster). In hindsight, I would probably do more price comparison based on what the Hardy Board and labo

I had all my vinyl siding removed and replaced with Hardie board. I had 11 windows replaced. This company did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding, cost was fair and reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend this group for all your roofing and exterior needs. Project managers Lloyd and Clancy were fantastic to work with. The crew they had do the work was on time everyday and worked a full day. Attention to detail was amazing. The pictures are primed board. Painting to start next week.

I usually never post reviews but this needs to be said. I needed miscellaneous exterior repairs completed in preparation for painting, which included a few pieces of cracked or damaged fiber cement siding, some rotted trim boards, etc. Nothing major. I had interviewed several other companies before Rennison, and was not impressed. Lloyd came to the house. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Took pictures of everything. I told him that if they found anything else needing repair to take care of it all. I did not want my painter to have to do anything but paint. Plus, all the reviews I could find for this company were good 🤔. The quote I received was extremely high but I wanted everything done properly with attention to detail and Lloyd gave me confidence this company would do this for

Lloyd and his team did an amazing job. I had Rennison replace my roof and siding. I added hardie plank siding instead of vinyl. Lloyd came by to do the quote and was patient and answered all of my questions. Lloyd also kept in contact before, during, and after the project to ensure I was ok and to answer any questions. I would recommend Rennison to anyone who wants grade A quality work completed on their home. I will always reach out in the future if I need anything done. Thanks to Lloyd and his crew.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job with the replacement of our roof. They removed all the old roofing, repaired old deck damage, prepped and installed the new- all in the same day! Cleanup was done well and Dave followed up the next day to inspect and double check all the work. Both Dave and the crew were a pleasure to work with. A project well done!
