RES Repair came in and fixed the water damage to my front door flooring and replaced the tile PERFECTLY! they also replaced both of our screen doors and we couldn’t be any happier with it!! Thank you so much!

Bob did a patio cover for my mom that blew off in a storm. First it took him months to even start the job. Then he finally came to do the work, the patio itself is okay but... He did not flash the roof correctly to the new cover, as a result she has leaking inside the home that has caused mold and her front door to swell and not close properly. I called him to let him know about it and he said the door was "old' and that he would call her to come and take a look, he never called. She has called him several times and no call back. He does not stand by his work! You can see daylight between the two roofs and he even messed up the homes flashing so now it leaks inside! Now she has had to hire a roofer that needs to correct his mistakes and a door company to replace the door. My mom is 90 yea

Called & left a voice mail as well as left a request for a quote on the website & haven't heard anything in a month. RES was referred by people who swear by him, but the customer service piece seems to be missing.

Amazing service excellent service speedy work as well. Very polite and courteous.
