Reserve Square Parking

Nearly every exit was locked at 6 pm when we arrived so getting out of the parking garage was a disaster. Then when we returned at 9 pm after a baseball game EVERY SINGLE ENTRANCE from the street was locked so the only way in was to walk up the car entrance ramp which is extremely narrow so we had to dodge incoming traffic. There was no one around in the garage to ask for directions or monitoring the vehicles parked here. Their qr scanners don't work so booking through spot hero will not work and you will double pay for parking. Avoid this parking garage at all costs. It is dangerous and completely unmonitored. Park literally anywhere else in downtown Cleveland.

A sign at the entrance said $10 pm overnight parking. Parked after 11 pm. Left at 8:30 am but the exit machine charged $25. As another reviewer said, once you parked at night, there is no way to go out except walking down the entrance ramp. Extremely Dangerous. Stay away at all cost.
