This is really Ressa Construction, Inc. It’s all over the internet, where Ressa sued customer over $39,698.54 and lost in the circuit court and then in the Court of Appeals of Virginia. All this legal litigation and money spent simply because Joe Ressa refused to do the right thing and give the customer their money back! If Ressa, and specifically Joe Ressa are so closed minded that a lawsuit is the only answer, they clearly are not the company to hire, but that’s just my opinion. At the end of the day, justice prevailed and Ressa lost! Amen!

RessaBuilt just finished a 2-level rear addition on our house. Overall, it was a smooth experience despite the constraints of the construction and lot. They were quick to correct any issues that popped up. They maintained constant communication and the project lead always available to chat about the ongoing work. Ressa just completed a major renovation of our home including a dramatically changed floor plan, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new stairs, and installation of a second HVAC system. The workmanship is beautiful. Ressa took great care to get the details right. Excellent materials and finishes were used. The project was completed on time. Amy Ressa was extremely helpful working with us to select colors, finishes, appliances, tiles, etc. She helped us to avoid pitfalls and made the process fun. The whole Ressa team is very professional, skilled, and they are great people. They thoroughly addressed issues that arose and were very focused on making us happy. We are thrilled with the end result.

Ressa did a major renovation of our home - kitchen, living room, three bathrooms, mudroom, and a bedroom. Their communication was excellent and the quality of the work was top notch. They came recommended by my architect and collaborated well with her. We love our space so much and six years later, it still looks beautiful. Highly recommend and so much so that I had Ressa do my parent's kitchen two years later. The work had to be complete within 5 weeks exactly and they were done exactly on time.
