We had severe leak and major damage to our home from an upstairs leak that damaged both upstairs and down. Restoration Pros were the best. Very efficient, great custom service, and were truly empathetic with our situation and were accommodating to our schedule. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of restoration. Restoration Pros just wrapped up a job at my house this week. In short, I had a leak in my master bathroom that went down into my garage. Restoration Pros completed an initial analysis, subsequent demolition and remediation, and a final clean-up upon the their departure. Lamar and his team were not only knowledgeable, but also professional during the entirety of the process. Communication on scheduling was excellent and they were on time, each time. Zero hiccups, everything was explained clearly, and I have complete satisfaction on my end. I hope my house never has another leak, but if it does, I won't hesitate to call Restoration Pros.
