Let me start by saying restortech is an amazing company. Shelly, axl and the crew took such great care of us both with the removal and return of all our home items. Things we thought were on its last leg came back clean and looking brand new. Their clean team is top notch. The movers and packers all work flawlessly like a well oiled machine, and they do it with passion and precision. We leaned so much about all of Them personally that they felt like family. They worked so hard over multiple days to get us back into our home as quickly as possible and never missed a beat. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew! Highly highly recomend!

I don’t have enough good things to say about RestorTech. We hired them to remediate mold in our basement. From the moment we started the project through finishing, everything went smoothly. I don’t think we have ever worked with a group so communicative, honest, and kind. Will and John, in particular, are exceptional at what they do. They are true professionals. We would not use anyone else for remediation projects !

Unfortunately I did not have the same stellar experience with Will S. As other customers have written in their reviews . He assessed the damage from a leak and wrote up an estimate . It was approved by my home insurance adjuster. I paid him 20k which was the deposit due. The job was scheduled . Before the job started he committed to finding an asbestos and lead Hygentist who could perform the before abatement and after abatement testing . He never found a Hygentist and didn’t tell me until I asked him who will be coming out to do the testing. I asked a week before the job was suppose to start with Restoretek I gave him two weeks to find someone. His company deposited by 20k check . Needless to say Will S. and Restoretek did not do the restoration services at my house . Bayview Rem

From the initial consult, Will was thorough in accessing the situation in our basement and the scope of work that needed to be done to remediate our mold issue . His teams was super professional, and did an amazing job with ensuring our personal items weren’t damaged in the process. Also made recommendations for how to avoid this issue from resurfacing. Couldn’t ask for a better team to have helped with this!

I am beyond thrilled with the restoration cleaning service for my home! The team was incredibly professional, thorough, and detail-oriented.
