After experiencing a kitchen fire in our home in October of 2025 we were privileged with the restoration services of Restronic. Joey and his entire crew were OUTSTANDING!! These young men presented themselves with comforting attitudes from the moment they stepped into our home at such a challenging time. Their knowledge, efficiency, patience with us, and just kind spirits helped us to maintain our frantic attitudes through this entire experience with each interaction that we had with them. On September 13 we had a house fire and lost everything. My son PS5 was in the house and we thought it was completely lost. We gave Charlie and his team at Restronic a chance to restore it and clean it up from all the smoke damage, I’m happy to say the they did an amazing job getting it fixed and I got it back in a timely manner. Recording studio flood because of a water heater. They were there within 24 hours and removed any/all items I hadn't managed to get out myself, including a 400 lb Hammond B3. All told almost 300 items, mostly keyboards, computers, and other electronics, were removed - cleaned - and some have already been returned. Excellent service, communication, and very responsive.
