RetroFoam of Philadelphia

I wanted to take advantage of the the free consultation since I have never pursued a project like this and wanted to get an idea of how much it cost. Unfortunately the salesman (David) did not seem to understand this and was very rude. I told him I wanted to think things over however I was met with comments regarding "what is there to think over?" and "we are the only company that can do this." Was very nice until I said I was not planning to proceed with a project that day and wanted to talk it over with my parents (I am a first time homeowner). He did reply to this statement with "well it is not like you are 16 anymore, maybe we should call them now and we can all talk." Retrofoam came out to my home that was built 80+ years ago by my great grandfather. They took the time to look around the house and give me an accurate quote for the job they would be doing. Because the walls are plaster they explained the easiest way to insulate them. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up the mess and plugged the holes in the wall. I will always recommend this company to those looking to get their houses insulated.

Mike, Austin and Tony were on time and quick to get started. Mike explained each step and recommended that I watch and ask questions. They were all very polite and professional. They cleaned up the perimeter of my house and made sure my property was left the way they found it. I quickly notice the difference in the feel of my home. It was less drafty, warmer and cozy. I am completely satisfied with the results.

I met with RetroFoam representative in early January 2026 and we scheduled them to perform their work later that month. During the weekend of January 17th we received the most amount of snow in over 10 years and air temperatures as around 0 degrees. The team arrived the following week and there was still about 6 - 8 inches of SOLID SNOW, this these arrived and completed their work. I couldn't believe the team arrived and completed their work and worked really well as a team did their best to cleanup debris. I would recommend working with their team. Darryl "Maryland"

retrofoam's customer service has been one of the best ive experienced. anytime i needed something resolved they would send out a crew to fix it right away. Mike who runs an amazing crew everytime, is great and hard working. stays till the jobs done. his workers that day, keith kevin and eddie all performed great.
