Since I didn't have an account with them they had me pay upfront for the estimated concrete that we needed and agreed to refund the amount per yard if we didn't need as much as estimated. When the job was complete they repeatedly said they would gladly refund the amount that was overcharged but after two months and contacting them several times they ultimately didn't refund my money and now they won't even respond to my text messages. I can live without the $175 they owe me but they could live without it also. They just don't feel like doing what we agreed to before delivery.
