When they came over to first pressure wash the outside, they discovered a lot of rot in places where we thought we had wood but there was no wood. It was more like compressed cardboard. They found many spots like that. And even where there was wood, they found them in places where other services we had hired to repair things outside had not caught them. Rhino Shield offered carpenter services and they did a fantastic job replacing siding, patching up other areas of siding, etc. Overall they were thorough, detail-oriented, easy to work with, fast (it was a big job), and very high quality! Kept us informed each step of the way, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. My house is the first picture that comes up when you google Rhinoshield. Looks great at first. We had issues after two years that were fixed half ass. Now we're having the whole house redone by a professional after 9 years since it has delaminated over the entire house and the shutters we had painted with Rhinoshield have failed as well. Save your money and peace of mind. After 5 years they cover the paint only and not labor (the most expensive part of the job). Very disappointed with the whole process.

I contacted Rhino Sheild about painting metal roof on my home . The man called two hours before he was supposed to be at my home to give me a quote over the phone. Rhino Sheilds internet ad clearly states they do not do quotes over the phone. He then proceeded to inform me estimate was $15,000 with no warranty. I used a personal day from work to be home for the meeting. I gave them one star rating. Today 5-15-25 someone from Rhino Sheild sends me a message wanting to know who I am two years after my one star rating. Rhino Sheild clearly cares about rating as much as keeping appointments with potential customers. Rhino Sheild you had your opportunity to speak with me about this matter when I called about salesman not keeping his appointment two years ago.
