Rhoads recently purchased our oil company "GIFT OIL" from Boyertown. Unfortunately, we had an oil furnace failure. We called to have someone come out on Saturday to look at our furnace. I don't remember the name of the tech that showed up but they were at my house within half an hour. The system is old and to far gone to be worth repairing so they quickly sent out Eric on Monday to give us a price on a new system. You can tell Eric knows exactly what he is talking about, and we are currently awaiting a quote to replace our furnace and our old AC unit from 1995.

I was not a customer at the time, but I had an emergency on a Saturday morning at 6am, and after calling many companies they were the only company in the area that picked up the phone. The helpful rep took my call and told me she would get in touch with someone right away. Two minutes later I received a call from John Reilly. John worked patiently and respectfully with me, and he helped me quickly resolve the issue. Customer service like this is rare today. John has earned my trust with his sincerity and care for his customer, and because of this he has earned a contract and continued repeat business from me in the future!

This place does great HVAC work. There team is the best. They get the job done every time.

They are excellent and accurate in the there delivery of oil. I highly recommend them.
