On auto delivery they let me run dry right before a snow storm. On top of this they charged me 200.00 when my toddler turned off the emergency switch and we had no hvac a few months ago. I’m going back to meanan and I’d suggest you do the same.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rhoads previously Mack. They installed our unit and had been servicing it, yet they were less than helpful when we needed them most. They spent less than 10 minutes at our house, used no tools, and quickly concluded that our entire unit needed to be replaced. This felt like a blatant attempt to take our money without actually doing any work. Seeking a second opinion the next day, we discovered that the unit could indeed be fixed with some basic repairs. It's clear that they are more interested in pushing an expensive replacement rather than providing honest and helpful service. I strongly advise against calling them. Look elsewhere for a company that values integrity and genuine customer service.

During my recent annual oil furnace cleaning today, your service technician Colin was efficient, professional, polite, and treated my home with respect. I have been in management for many years, hiring and training new employees, good employees are worth keeping as they are the mirror of the company.

This company is terrible. The interactions with the company have been difficult and unnecessarily complicated. They are not forthcoming with their fees and cannot even provide a simple breakdown of the bill. Do not recommend this company. Save yourself some time and money and use another company for these services.

Their service has gone down hill! I have used the online set up delivery option twice first time they took my money and no delivery for about a week second time I did online and also called it in to make sure and 2 days have now passed and no oil. I use to love zekes but I will be switching next winter!
