R.I. Jones Septic Tanks & Service

My husband and I hired Mr. Jones and Gene to clear our lot, bring in lots of fill, install a culvert to make a driveway apron and install a new septic system. We couldn't be happier with all the work they did. They always answered the phone, were extremely accommodating and performed honest good quality work. We ran into a few obstacles along the way but they possessed the years of experience and know how to handle it all. I would highly recommend them.

They installed a new field line for an existing septic system with the understanding it would resolve existing issues for many years. After three years, the surface leakage has resumed as bad as ever in the field line area. They have indicated they will not do anything to correct the problem. I tried to get a real response for three weeks and will be contacting my lawyer. I advise against doing any business with this company.
