Ribbles Septic Services

We've used Ribbles for years for holding tank pumping at our lake house. This past weekend, we hit capacity and our alarm started going off. We called Ribbles after hours (Friday around 730p) and left a voicemail requesting service. They arrived the next morning (Saturday) less than 12 hours later, got the tank pumped and were on their way. Amazing response time and great service. We highly recommend them!

My community septic system tried to use Ribbles but it turned out to be a total fiasco. First, we made and appointment for 10 days ago three weeks in advance. Ribbles was a no show. When we called they said we were not on their schedule. Five people were there for this pump-out, one traveled 600 miles so he could pay since he is the President of the S-Corporation and controls the checkbook. We rescheduled today for a 3,000 gallon pump-out and the driver showed up with 1200 gallons in his 3,000 gallon capacity truck. When he was told we would not pay for two trips he abruptly stopped before he even started and stated he would go empty and come back and pump 3,000 gallons "and not a gallon more." I called yesterday morning and they came out yesterday afternoon and pumped out our septic and made sure it flushed good before they left! They have pumped our septic out the last 3-4 times and they are always a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend! Thank you Ribbles!!

Bought a property that they inspected and it passed before we bought it. Went to resell it 18mo later without doing anything to the septic and failed Cost me 25k on the sale price as I had to “replace the whole septic tank to make it up to code” because a $100 part was “out of tolerance” Same inspector for both inspections.

I called and Brian called me back and said he would come right over. He was upfront about cost and he was honest. He said he would come back and fix my problem. He went got tools and man power and came back and fixed my problem. They were great!!!! Highly recommend
