I would assign a zero rating to this company based on my experience, which has been profoundly disappointing. Upon purchasing my home, I discovered the previous owners had contracted this company for termite protection, as indicated in the disclosure forms. This service is set to expire in a few months. After evaluating the condition of the property post-acquisition, I opted not to engage in further pest control or termite services. Regrettably, it became evident that this company had not adequately maintained the property, leaving it susceptible to pest issues. The owners, Angela and Stacy, responded negatively to my decision not to continue their services, resorting to unprofessional conduct, which included hanging up on me and issuing threats to my husband. I have several hunting dogs and can't afford for them to get fleas. I called and the operations manager came out and did a yard spray and explained that it might take another follow up appointment. It did take one more appointment but, the price was good and the fleas are gone. I would definitely recommend them for your insect needs. Great service!!!

I do not typically take the time to post reviews, but today I had to make an exception. I called to speak with whomever necessary to inquire as to why we were still receiving visits, as we are new homeowners who do not have a contract with Rider. The previous owner contracted with them, and their services were to continue until the end of that contract, per our closing requirements. After that timeframe has ended, we have now received bills - 2 of them, ($300 each) addressed to my husband for "continued services" we did not need, wish for, or ask to renew. Rider Pest Control (Newnan, GA), I'm not an individual that typically complains.. Yet, I'm blown away by how my family was treated by your Operations Manager. The overall experience was incredibly disrespectful, negligent, and careless. In our experience, quality customer service was non-existent from your Operations Manager. As a local operator of multiple businesses, I know this is NOT how you run a successful business. The Operations Manager did not attempt to resolve our issue when presented with the information. Instead, he raised his voice and hung up on me; twice. And hung up on my wife, as well.
