Right Away Restoration And Cleaning

Had a ceiling water pipe break over 250 cardboard storage boxes of valuable personal belongings in a remote wintertime residential location. Right Away was right away out to our location and promptly began the removal of the boxes to their facility in Alpena to begin the process of drying out the contents. As that process was underway the drying out of the building and removal of fallen ceiling drywall began. All the contents were inventoried for insurance loss purposes and the salvageable items returned. Right Away staff was always professional and informative to the process of recovering from a water disaster and did a tremendous job. Two years later we had another water damage from a broken pipe but fortunately without the 250 boxes of items. However, the drywall walls had to be dried

Julie and her crew responded to frozen pipes and an upstairs flood at our apt bldg immediately, days before any of her competition. Right Away coordinated the entire drying/cleanup, tearout, rebuild and repair, restoring 3 floors of flooding damage to better than before !

I just completed a large-scale restoration job (over $80,000.00) with Right Away Restoration. I found them to be entirely ill-equipped for a job of this size and scope. In the beginning, they spun half truths about what they could do and in the end they did NOT deliver anywhere near the professional, satisfactory, acceptable finished job that they promised. Juli Sauve, owner/operator of Right Away, mistakenly sent a vulgar text to my cell phone, which was meant for her workers. Her management of this job was no better than her text message management. If you can avoid using this company I suggest that you do. You will be avoiding incompetence, endless aggravation and unprofessional attitudes.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Honestly wouldn’t even rate their service. Their employees came in and said here’s the Fans see you later and the secretary is beyond rude! Be sure to pay attention to your bill from them too! $900 for them to destroy our clothes and “labor” they simply did not do yet they don’t want to adjust the bill. This company is a class A JOKE!
