Rio Grande Fence Company

Twelve years ago Rio Grande built a fine fence around my back yard. Recently it needed a new gate. As with the initial build Rio Grande was exceptional. The gate was built with my input, and work was done on some boards from the original fence that went above and beyond what I expected. They came back a couple of times for some adjustments. Fast, friendly and fantastic work. Special thanks go to representative Medina Blanton. Working with her throughout the process was more than satisfying. She was thorough, accommodating and dealt with questions quickly and clearly. And she’s incredibly friendly. I’m writing this review as much to compliment her as Rio Grande itself. Highly recommended!

Had a fence installed early 2023. It was installed 5 feet off my neighbors and I'm property line. Lots of gaslighting saying I agreed for it to be there. Quoted 3k to fix it. Either the wood is so soft or the nail gun too powerful but all of the nails in the fencing are embedded halfway into the wood. A lot of repair work in my future.

In late winter 2024, I asked Rio Grande for an estimate. We walked the ground and sorted out the issues, but I ran out of time in terms of getting it done that year. So, I circled back around in mid-winter 2025. My estimate was still valid and the fence was put in according to plan. It's now been in place for a few months, and I'm thoroughly satisfied. There are MANY fly by night fencing contractors in the area. They won't call 811 like they're supposed to, get their permits or permissions from the HOA, will get violent with clients if challenged, etc. They stay in business because they charge less, and you really do get what you pay for.
