The staff at Rite Rug were very helpful and accommodating, providing several samples and giving me time to make my selections. However, there were a couple of miscommunications with the workers they contract with, resulting in materials they were to have brought with them that were not originally loaded. It was as though no one had oversight with the install crew. I had to ask for certain things that should have been provided. It’s the small things that make a difference to the customer. However, I am pleased with the results and in the end, that is all that matters.

Extremely efficient and beautiful result, carpet and vinyl installation went perfectly. Had a slightly uneven transition and they returned to change to my preference immediately. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable! 10/10 will use Riterug again!

Rite-Rug did a whole house carpet replacement for my Mom and then a smaller project at our house. Both projects were very smooth and affordable with beautiful results. Josh has a huge selection across all prices ranges and many makers. He's easy to work with and helpful in figuring out what you need. The installation is included in the price so the quotes were straightforward. The installers were excellent, great attention to detail and in-and-out very quickly with no mess. We love these guys.
