I am slow to leave bad reviews. My record speaks for itself. I cannot begin to tell you how many mistakes this place made. They have had our money since December 9. It is now Feb 4 and we are 6 days from getting our carpet. Tory mis-measured our LVP order and had to reorder more 2 weeks later. She failed to order floor tile for our shower. That led to another delay. She switched the carpet order and got the wrong carpet cut for both rooms. This mistake led to a 3 week delay. All of these errors and delays have led to countless scheduling problems for several other contractors. It has also caused us a remarkable amount of inconvenience as we need to move in while the work is unfinished. The final carpet hasn't even shipped from the factory yet but River City flooring refuses a refund so tha

Kerri Spaman has been greatly helpful. She listens to what is important to me and offers suggestions that meet my needs. I appreciate her staying late after closing hours as I traveled from Kentucky to meet with her before Thanksgiving. She is a delight and someone I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Owner and staff! I have used them several times! So happy with the work and professionalism of this company. Jobs are always done in a timely manner and no mess left behind them. I will continue to use them for all my flooring and tile needs! THANK YOU RC FLOORING!
