Riverhouse has been my saving grace! Looking for affordable, safe, clean, quiet, beautiful housing is not easy at all these days. They go above and beyond to fix whatever issues they possibly can as fast as they can. The units are updated and have every single thing you could need to live very comfortably. Two minutes from the beach and the lake makes for a beautiful summer. Thankful to have found these perfect apartments.
Management is amazing and the apartments are gorgeous! 10/10 recommend
Great place to live! They went out of their way to have my apartment finished for my expected move in. They charge a very fair rent, and the apartments are completely new (like, mine was finished may 2017]. Very quiet and safe. The staff are very kind and accommodating when you have an issue. Pet friendly (for a fee).
I’ve lived here for 6 months and it has been nothing but smooth sailing. I absolutely love living here.
