If this is the same as Young's Landscaping/Kamal Young, I made the mistake of hiring him for snow removal. I hired him to clear the snow from two houses next door to each other. I happened to come by as he was finishing the first and made the mistake of paying him in full. He left without clearing snow from the second house. I texted him and he promised to come by the next morning. No-show. I texted him again and he promised to come by and clear the snow before the end of the day, "I give you my word." Again, no show. I had to hire another contractor to clear the snow from the second house and I sent him a request for a Venmo refund. Naturally, he did not refund half of the money. I will never repeat the mistake of hearing him for anything.

Young's installed turf on my neighbors property. In doing so they located their sump pump drain outlet right on my fence line flooding my property and killing the grass (shouldn't a landscaping company know better?) They came out and saw this issue, relocated the outlet line, and the ops manager mike claimed he satisfied his obligation and is not going to do anything to correct the damage on my lawn after initially indicating he would. Update following response from youngs- thank you for responding. You do still have an opportunity to correct the problem. I called and left messages and also sent an inquiry online and have not heard anything.

Christian was scheduled to come out and never showed up. When I followed up and called him, he said he was busy. (excuse me, too busy for business) I gave him another chance.. he came out and gave me an estimate and when I called to ask him questions, he never answered or called me back. I left several messages. He is not doing Youngs any favors by working there. Terrible customer service.

Young's did a major project in my yard recently. The project was mostly done well. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying them in full before they came back to fix some errors that they made. Young's does not value the long term relationship and is mostly interested in getting the job done and moving on to make money off of someone else. Getting them to return to fix their work was quite difficult and took months. They promised to come back to fix things and consistently stood me up.

Contracted Job Requirements: -Large Concrete Stone Removal -Small Concrete Pad Removal -Tree Removal -Landscape Beds - Clear all ground weed growth, bushes and existing flowers -Plant new bushes and flowers (Relocate existing small tree) -Lawn repair to baseline grass / addditional lawn treatment plan -Supervisor/Salesman guaranteed lawn repair and growth with lawn treatment plan.
