Run! I called them to fix an electrical problem at my home and they took $99 service fee over the phone and said it would apply to the final bill if I hired them. We scheduled an appointment and they were a no show. So I called and scheduled a second time because they said it was a Jewish holiday. The second time they were a no show. So I called them twice again they said they’d call me back and didn’t. So I called them again and now they are not answering my calls.

They were using state-of-the-art equipment and worked tirelessly for hours to diagnose a very difficult issue. Our campus just found it's new go-to electricians. Very reasonable fees, too.
