We called Robert Stemple Plumbing one evening when we discovered water all over our kitchen floor which we discovered came from the cabinet under the sink. Bob returned our call shortly after we had left a message. After hearing our problem, he said it sounded like our 20 plus year old garbage disposal had finally given up. He suggested we buy the new unit ourselves, told us what he suggested we buy and made an appointment for a couple of days later. Bob showed up early, put a drop cloth down because it was raining and he didn’t want to track up our floor. He installed the new unit and when he went to clean out the trap, he encountered difficulty getting it out. He ended up installing a new trap which wasn’t part of his original estimate. Bob installed a kitchen faucet and a disconnect/reconnect for our gas dryer. Excellent service, timely and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend him.

Bob was excellent to work with, he responded right away after my phone call and was able to come out the next day to replace my hot water heater. His work was quick and efficient but stuck around extra time to ensure that the system was operating as it should. I would highly recommend using his business if it's a service you are looking for and I plan to be a repeat customer in the future.

Had a great experience with Robert Stemple! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. From the moment I called to see if he could provide the services I wanted, I knew he was the guy. I needed to replace a cracked fiberglass tub and surround, but did not want to pay $9000 to a company like Rebath!! I tore out the old and Bob installed the new unit. He even gave me recommendations as to what to buy. the job went smoothly and looks great! highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and friendly, Bob fixed a large leak in my tub faucet which was dripping into the kitchen. He responded promptly via text and took care of the problem in no time. During this visit as I'm sure most people do, I also asked about a few other plumbing issues I needed advice on and he took a look. As I suspected I needed a new pressure regulator. Bob let me know that if I got the part myself it would save me $$ and he would come back to install it for just the cost of his time. Very happy with the service and cost and have already recommended to friends.
