Aaron came on an emergency call, the first time and figured out why the hot water heater was tripping the breaker. He fixed it so we had hot water until the water heater could be repaired and wiring replaced.He is very professional and answered our questions and explained what needed to be done. Arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. We will call him again when we need electrical work done.

Fantastic service. We had a partial rewire of our house done and they always communicated when they would arrive, always communicated any issues/changes due to the very old wiring in our house. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job. Hire these guys. Aaron did a wonderful job and was great to work with.

I contacted Roby Services when my 4 year old mini-split no longer worked after Hurricane Helene. They were quick to come even with all the devastation around. They stayed a total of 10 mins and charged me $329 to say they thought it was the motherboard but will have to have another person come out for an additional diagnostic at a cost of over $2k to determine if it was water damage or power surge and if it was the motherboard, it would take 12 weeks just to get the part and cost another $1600 for the part if not covered under warranty. They then suggested it might be better to just replace the unit. I called a different company for a 2nd opinion, not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, it was fixed within a few days after ordering the parts and for just $25 more than the cost of

I had a plumber come over to install a kitchen faucet and soap dispenser (using my pieces) labor only came to 600.00 🤪 for what took him not 45 minutes to do… then had a toilet float installed using his piece came to 375.00 took him 20 minutes… what’s the normal labor hour rate for a plumber now a days ???Brain surgeons don’t charge that much hourly. When he told be the price I said …Are you joking?he says no … I had no choice then cause things were leaking and I was heading back home on Friday….i feel I was totally ripped off
