I've been doing business with Rochester Colonial Manufacturing for over 30 years, and they continue to exceed expectations. Just had replacement Marvin Ultra Windows installed—Michael Gionta handled the sales side professionally, and Jeremy and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation. This isn't our first project with Roc Col. They've done complete storm windows and replacement casement windows for our den in the past. Every experience has been the same: conscientious, service-oriented, and always standing behind a great product. If you need windows, Roc Col is your crew. Can't recommend them enough.

We ordered a custom sliding patio door to replace a 30 year old one. Replacement fit perfectly. The workmanship of the door is very impressive. The installers: Bill, Shane, and Jake showed a level of expertise and professionalism, rarely seen these days. Highly recommend !!

Purchased replacement windows for our entire house. Start to finish, everyone was amazing to work with. Great communication and attention to detail. The install team was fabulous. They put carpet down, masonite, and covered our furniture in plastic. Windows are amazing, fantastic experience!

We recently had 12 new-construction type Marvin windows purchased and installed in our 1954 home by Rochester Colonial. As expected during the pandemic, it took a few months for the windows to come in but once they arrived to the local location, they were inspected by the company and then the install dates were decided. Despite being bitter winter the installers were excellent and we love our windows. The install took only 2.5 days and despite some opening being huge, they were able to get the new window in the 10ft space and closed up again within an hour or so. We were very impressed and made the right choices!

I had Rochester Colonial replace all of my windows, they did a great job and I was very pleased with the windows. When I heard the words lifetime warranty it gave me a nice piece of mind. When I had window seal failures they came out to take a look. They said that the manufacturer of the window went out of business, but they followed through on the warranty like they said when the windows were installed. The windows are fixed and they look as good as new. 👍
