Rochester Driveways

This is the 3rd time I've used Rochester Driveways. They did a phenomenal job at my factory, and an even better job for my father last year. This year was my turn. Great work. Fast. Efficient. Well knowledged.

Chuck and LeAnn initially were great people. I had my driveway replaced by them and by the following spring time (less than 1yr from original work) it started cracking on one side. They assured me they would come out and correct the problem but I had to wait as they already sealed it. I’ve reached out to them again as the problem has gotten worse. They again promised to come out and look at it but now they are not returning emails or phone calls. You can’t even leave a message on their phone line. (Should be a sign to not do business with them) AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST AS THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I’ve known them for years.

My neighbors had them install several driveways and a roadway. Stone size was inconsistent, cracking at edges. They said they have called several times now for repairs with no resolution Heard they were a little less expensive then other companies. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend them after seeing what they have done to my neighbors.

In 2015, our single lane, 50’ long driveway was rough, crumbling and pitted. We had a few different quotes to repave and widen and Chuck gave us a great quote, thorough explanation of the process, recommendation and work involved and was professional and prompt. The driveway was excavated, and a new base (aggregate) installed and tamped. A few weeks later, Chuck and his crew returned and completed the new asphalt driveway in a few hours. Great crew, great work and happy customer. Almost 3 years later we’re still happy.

Thanks to Chuck and his team for a great job on my driveway. They were prompt, professional, did great work and came up with a solution to our driveways drainage problem. They have been in business locally for years and I highly recommend Rochester Driveways.
