Rochester Lawn Care

Not impressed at all. They have put holes in my skirting twice in 2 weeks. Last year has broken a stone walkway because they ran over it with the rider mower. Was told i.have to fix it and then be reimbursed!!!! No they need to fix what they broke not me. When asked for the owners name and number was told she would talk to the GM not acceptable!!!!!

They have been working mowing lawns for us for about 2 or 3 years. Last week they hit my kid's playground and I was amazed at how they were professionals and honest in trying to fix it and keeping great communication with us. Highly recommend them!

I am disappointed in the level of customer care Rochester Lawn Care provides. The 4 times I have needed the driveway plowed this year we have had to have it snowblown two of those times. My first issues came on Christmas Day with a house full of guests arriving. I called with my concerns and left a message. I didn't expect an answer since it was Christmas, but I did expect some follow up within a week. It has been over a week and still no response. My neighbor who I assured Rochester Lawn Care would take care of us has also sent his complaints via email and he has heard nothing back. My second issue was today 01/2/14. There was 12 inches of snow in our driveway when my wife arrived home from a long commute tonight at 6pm. While our driveway was plowed for her departure this mornin

My experience is that this company lacks resources to meet their obligations and provides minimal communication in doing so! The only time during the entire '16-'17 plow season that they needed to perform they did not. They also turned off the voicemail to the mobile phone of the manager, so I was unable to contact the company to ask for assistance in using my driveway. During a 48 hr. show fall they plowed twice. My driveway at the time of this review has had 8" of snow in it for over 8 hrs. Wish I had read the reviews before committing to this company.

We had their service for 2 years. First year was not bad. The second year we had to call wondering when they were coming. The lawn also developed red thread. Many large areas of clover and uneven green through out the lawn. We called to stop our service and they never ask why we were unhappy. I even called a second time because we have not recieved our refund check and asked her why they did not wonder about our want to stop service. Her reply was i dont know who took your call? It has been a month and i have been told twice that the refund check was mailed but i still do not have it! I just called and asked for the check number. She replied there is no record of a check being written. I told her to have him cut the check and i would be there in person to pick it up this afternoon. If no c
