I recently had a new back entry door installed by Rochester Widows & Doors, and I am truly pleased with the results. The entire experience was smooth, from the initial selection process with Sarah, to the final installation. Phil, the installer, was professional and courteous. He worked efficiently and respected my home, ensuring the work area was clean when finished. The work was completed within the promised timeframe, and I am happy with the outcome. The door looks amazing and is a great update to my home. I would definitely recommend Rochester Windows & Doors to anyone needing door installation or replacement services.

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Initially, I was quoted for a custom door, but when the door was installed, I realized the signed contract was for a standard door. To my shock, they reduced the height of my for by 4 inches. While the oak color of the door was acceptable, the screw hole gray plugs are an eye sore and they detract from the overall appearance. Moreover the seam in the outside trim is awkwardly positioned ring in the center of the door; this is unacceptable for custom installation. I sincerely hope the door performs as expected, as I have no desire to deal with this company again.
