The customer service is fantastic. My basement flooded, and Paul and his team completely drained and dried the entire area. I called them on a Saturday, and they had the team to my house within the hour. The quality of the replacement drywall, paint, trim, and carpet is outstanding. Extremely fair price. Stayed within/under budget. The entire project was completed in 19 days. Paul is responsive to all communication. This is an extremely honest company. The Technicians accessed and addressed my immediate needs after my basement flood. They were very personal and explained their process to drying my finished basement space out. They evaluated the space for mold and eliminated the areas that could possibly grow mold all in a 4 day time frame. I would highly recommend this company for restoration.
