Last Saturday our bathroom started flooding, showers quit draining, and the toilets were having issues flushing. After a week of dealing with plumbers that our landlord kept hiring that were either unresponsive or would no-show, we finally had one come out and say that he couldn’t do anything and that our septic needed to be pumped. "Absolutely awesome"! That's how I would explain Brandon's septic service today. He was very professional about explaining what was going to be done and what he was going to check out. As I am very new at septic systems. I found his way of interacting very professional. It would appear that the sludge in the bottom of my septic tank was extremely thick. The previous owner must have never have done it even though I was told he did. Getting it maintenanced was on my radar but as life goes you tend to overlook things. When searching for septic tank cleaning services, I would definitely recommend getting this done more frequently. I've been in this house for 5 years now. Brandon recommended every 3 to 5 years to have the septic tank pumped and cleaned. Additional notes for anyone who is shoppi
