I called to schedule an appointment and was told all their equipment is broken. I told them I was scheduling for a few weeks out and they had no idea when their equipment would be fixed. I think a reputable business would know when their equipment is going to be fixed by. Especially several weeks out. Answering service was friendly. They might even do a good job but I’ll never know.
