Answered all my questions over multiple emails before even visiting the property to give me quote. Helped me find the perfect replacement for our 30 year old skylight. Started and finished the job in the timeframe he quoted! Shouldn't need to replace the roof again any time soon but if I need any other services he provides I will definitely be contacting him again!

The home inspector for our new-to-us Big Bear cabin had said the roof "had significant life left" yet there were a few shingles missing. So when we were looking for someone to repair the roof, another top roofer in Big Bear sent out a guy who only looked from the ground & said we needed a new roof & quoted us a very high price without even measuring the roof area. When we asked Top Roofer, he quoted us an even higher price, again without even looking at the roof. James was the only one we talked to who would even consider going onto the roof and repairing it. One of the best things about using James is during winter storms I don’t have to worry about my roof while I’m not there. He was easy to communicate with and extremely thorough with everything that needed to be done in the repairs and replacement of our roof. Daily he would send pictures and updates during the job. We truly appreciated the clean up after the job was completed, I honestly only found maybe 3 items missed. By comparison I was still finding so many nails etc for 4 months from the roofers who did our main house down the hill.
