Ross Heating & Air Conditioning

I cannot stress enough how good Terry and his team are! Our furnace kicked the bucket on the coldest day of the year. We called Terry and he was at our house within 30 min. He gave us our options (which we decided on a new smart furnace) and even though he ran into some unforeseen issues, made sure we had a new furnace installed and running the very next morning. He was fast, efficient and so accommodating. We called around and no one could beat their prices and how quickly they handled the issue. He was done with in a couple of hours, and we couldn’t be happier!

Can't say enough positive things about Terry and his team. Terry took the time to help me troubleshoot my water heater issue over the phone, and when it became clear that I ultimately needed a replacement, Terry provided a reasonable quote and prompt service. In under an hour his team were in and out, and left the work space clean. They also noted and took care of a few issues that were outside the scope of the job free of charge. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I would strongly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience dealing with terry! He went above and beyond And was there the next morning to install a brand new furnace for me when my old one died in the middle of winter. He loaned me some space heaters to use until they could change it out for me. They were amazing cleaned up after themselves and they will be servicing my heating and air conditioning from now on!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write this one. I have never had anyone be so professional yet so caring as Terry Ross. Because of this below freezing winter and age of my home a simple boiler replacement snowballed into a huge undertaking. Most people would have throw up their hands and run but not Terry. He stayed on the job until it was finished. Bursting pipes and all. Thank you Terry from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend him!

You should not call anyone but Terry at Ross Heating. I have never seen such great service in my life. This is old school family business that does right by people. When our furnace went down during the coldest week of the winter and no secondary heat source, he offered to lend us some electric heaters to use until he could get there to look at it. He had to come back and forth to get the job done but we were up and running by the end of the day. He was a very very good communicator and answered questions we had even over the phone and sending us videos and pictures of what needed to be done. It is clear he is not nickle and diming people during their hardships and in desperation. I will never use anyone else.
