Awesome work!! Ross & his partner Noah always go above & beyond with a great selection & quick service.
His idea of a soft feel is not what most people would think. The carpet does not feel good when walking on it. Installed the cheapest padding when he was told that I wanted a soft feel. Even left three razor blades on the ground that I found when vacuuming the mess that was left. They do not remove all of the staples from the old padding and now they are hard spots throughout the rooms. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
Ross Carpet put carpeting in my home today, they did an amazing job and the carpet is just gorgeous!! I will definitely be calling them again!!
Ross's company has installed carpet and vinyl planking in 5 of my houses. Great work
