True professionals. I had an urgent need and with a single call they assured that someone would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. They arrived on time and was able to assess the problems and deal with the immediate issues. Furthermore, they gave me a clear and detailed description of what needs to be corrected in the near future. Truly impressed.

I have been using Roto Rooter since Gene owned it in the 90’s. They have come through for me on numerous occasions. Last year they had a complicated time removing a metal glue can from my sewer pipe( complements of Durango Handyman who dropped it in w/o telling me when fixing a toilet vent on the roof- never use them). It was an unusual situation and after the service some complications arouse. They made it right however and I was very impressed with their level of integrity. Thank you Richard and Chris for going beyond expectations, you will be getting my business again.

I had a leak under my sink and, because it was a Saturday, no one else was open. I had several calls and exchanged text messages with a young man named Austin to figure out how soon I needed someone to come out to look at my sink. Once I decided I needed someone to come out immediately, Austin was at my home and fixed the problem in a matter of about 2 hours. Although I had to pay an extra fee because it was a weekend, the cost of the repair was still very reasonable. I was grateful!

Roto-Rooter came on the promised date, installed a new tankless water heater in a professional manner, cleaned up after themselves and charged several hundred dollars less than their estimate. We are very pleased and will use them for future plumbing issues.
